Set up around how your club works
Every club books differently. We set the system up with your courts or guides, your times and your rules.
Book a court, guide or session
Members see what's free and book online. Set up courts, fishing beats, guides, lanes or coaching sessions.
Members and visitors
Everyone registers and signs in to book. Members and visitors can have different rates.
Email confirmations
Players get a confirmation email for every booking, sent from your club's own address.
The day at a glance
Your committee or front desk sees every booking for every court or guide in one grid.
Deposits by EFT
For paid activities, show your banking details and mark the deposit paid when the proof of payment arrives.
On your club's website
Runs on your club's own domain or subdomain, with your logo and colours.
Built for real clubs
We've built court booking for a tennis club with members and visitors, and guided-trip booking for a fly-fishing outfitter with deposits by EFT.
If your club or activity needs something those don't cover, tell us. We build the system around you.
Pricing
We quote per club, based on the number of courts or activities and what you need it to do. Send us a short description and we'll come back to you.
